Streamlined Process

At Safe Hands Title, LLC, we follow a streamlined process to ensure that every transaction is completed efficiently and accurately. We begin by creating a file and collecting information from all parties involved, including the buyer, seller, real estate agent, and lender. Our in-house abstract team then conducts a comprehensive title search to research the chain of title, and once the due diligence is complete, we prepare closing documents and settlement statements tailored to the specific details of the transaction. We schedule the closing, and on the day of closing, our team meets with the parties to gather signatures and deliver the deed to the new owner. Finally, we record the deed with the county courthouse to complete the transaction.
